The Family Record is offered as a one-time purchase with ongoing access. If it isn't right for you, we want to make it right.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. No long forms, no friction.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or write to us at hello@familyrecord.ca and we'll help you through it.
A note on fairness
We don't apply rigid disqualifiers. If you've used the service extensively, exported your full record, or there's clear misuse, we'll talk through it with you — but our default is to honour reasonable requests within the 30-day window.
